Our Company Logo

Lion – its first images come from ancient Mesopotamia and Indian, from about 5 000 years ago. Lion has always been perceived as a symbol of strength, courage and valour. Many medieval knights had lion symbol on their banners or coats of arms. Historically, lions were identified with rulers. Kings of Ethiopia were referred to as lions, Gustav Adolf, king of Sweden, was also known as the Lion of the North and Richard, king of England, was also known as “Lionheart”. Lions were also acting as guards – their images were guarding thrones in France and bishops’ thrones in the Medieval Ages.

Lion is also related symbolically to St. Jerome – first translator of the Bible, considered a patron saint of translators. A legend says that during one of the St. Jerome’s teachings a lion with a thorn in its paw approached him. The saint helped the animal who from that moment on became his servant and defender.

That is why it is the lion that guards in our company the three pillars on which ILS is built:

I ndividualism  in our approached towards the client
L oyalty  and ethical attitude towards all our Partners
S olidity  and reliability at every stage of collaboration
